The delicate and soulful lines combine to make rich harmonies in this beautiful neo-renaissance setting of traditional text for double choir. When the two choirs finally come together at the climax of the piece, the effect simply tears at the listener’s core. It’s a tough piece, but deeply satisfying for any choir willing to take it on.
